A full-day adventure (± 420 km) that takes you from the tranquility of Kanonkop House at 08h30 into the heart of the Klein Karoo. Journey over the legendary Swartberg Pass, one of South Africa’s most scenic mountain routes, before descending into the charming village of De Rust and winding your way through the towering rock formations of Meiringspoort.
Here, enjoy a refreshing stop at the natural waterfall, perfect for photos and a peaceful moment in nature. Continue to the historic town of Prince Albert for a relaxed and delicious Karoo-style lunch, before travelling to Oudtshoorn for an exciting visit to the Cango Wildlife Ranch, home to rare and endangered species.
Return to Knysna in the late afternoon after a day filled with unforgettable scenery, wildlife encounters, and authentic Karoo hospitality.
